| 1 |  Enter the Laundry Room on the second floor of Otherworld Brookhaven Hospital. You will need to break a wall along the south hallway to get in. |
| 2 |  Push the cabinet blocking the exit on the north side of the room and grab the cart in the corner before leaving. |
| 3 |  Place the cart under the window found on the wall across the hall so that you can reach it and enter room L3. |
| 4 |  Go into the Observation Room and pick up the Director's Office Key. |
| 5 |  Enter the Director's Office and climb up the ladder behind the desk to get into Room 17 on the third floor. You wil find a Treatment Stretcher in this room. |
| 6 |  Exit Room 17 and head for the room next to the elevator. Activate the generator found inside. |
| 7 |  Go back to Room 17 and power up the Treatment Stretcher. A set of numbers will light up on the Treatment Stretcher revealing the code for the keypad on the Chained Box. |
| 8 |  Return to the Chained Box and enter the code 9659. |

| 1 |  Enter the second floor Restroom and head into L1 from there. |
| 2 |  Head to M3 and break through the western wall to enter M2. You will find several clues for the Chained Box lock code here. |
| 3 |  Pick up the Calendar Page memo. This will serve as your clue to the Chained Box combination code. |
| 4 |  Check the sink and count the number of pills for the code's second digit. |
| 5 |  Look through the hole in the wall that has "watch it go dark" written on it. Count how many times the light blinks for the third digit. |
| 6 |  Look through the broken glass on the door and you'll see a clock in room M1. |
| 7 |  Head over to M1 and interact with the clock. Set the hand to 2 and it will trigger an alarm. Get ready to fight off several enemies. |
| 8 |  Return to the Chained Box and enter the code 1622 for the Combination Lock. |

| 1 |  Go into the Women's Locker Room on the second floor through the Nurses' Lounge. |
| 2 |  Exit the Women's Locker Room then take the stairs to get to the third floor. |
| 3 |  Head to Exam Room 4 and pick up the Instrument of Force. Use it on the nearby medical dummy that's sitting in a surgical chair. |
| 4 |  Go to the northwest corner of the map and break a wall to enter Room D2. Go down the ladder in this room to reach the Pantry on the first floor. |
| 5 |  Enter the room directly south of the stairs and pick up the Key of Bliss. |
| 6 |  Head back to the surgical chair in Exam Room 4 and use the Key of Bliss on the medical dummy to collect the Lapis Eye Key. |
| 7 |  Return to the Chained Box and use the Lapis Eye Key. |
