How to Use Second Hand

Used to Solve The Clock Puzzle and Unlock The S Door

After obtaining the Second Hand, the last missing piece for the Clock Puzzle, head back to Room 212 and correctly attach the item to the clock using the riddle nearby. Doing so will unlock the door labeled S on the first floor of Blue Creek Apartments, leading to a fight with Pyramid Head.

1. Head to Room 202 of Blue Creek Apartments
2. Solve The Moth Puzzle and Obtain Second Hand

Head to Room 202 of Blue Creek Apartments

After obtaining the Minute Hand and correctly attaching it to the clock in Room 212 of Blue Creek Apartments, head into Room 202 or the door labeled M on the map, which is now unlocked.

Solve The Moth Puzzle and Obtain Second Hand

Once inside, there will be a locked door behind a Combination Padlock. Players must closely examine and use the moth displays around the room to deduce the correct padlock combination.

Once the door is unlocked, find the Second Hand inside an interactable hole in the wall.
