Used on the Director's Hand

The Marked Bracelet is used together with the Bloodstained Bracelet and Filthy Bracelet to solve the Director's Hand puzzle.

How to Get Marked Bracelet

  1. Collect the L1 Room Key
  2. Go to Utility Room
  3. Crawl Through the Hole

Collect the L1 Room Key

L1 Room Key

Grab the L1 Room Key from the Nurses Lounge on the second floor of Brookhaven Hospital.

L1 Room Key Location

Go to Utility Room

Utility Room Location

Unlock the door to L1 and enter. From there, make your way over to the Utility Room.

Crawl Through the Hole

Crawl Through the Hole in the Utility Room
Crawl through a hole in the wall and you will end up near the Medical Records room on the first floor. Enter Medical Records and you will find the Marked Bracelet inside a small wooden box on the floor.
