After obtaining the Broken Record (2), the Vinyl Glue, and the Broken Vinyl Record, combine all three to get the Glued Up Vinyl Record, one the three main items used in solving the Jukebox Puzzle in Neely's Bar, East South Vale.

  1. Head to The Groovy Music Store on Neely Street
  2. Obtain Broken Vinyl Record (2) Atop a Coffee Table

Head to The Groovy Music Store on Neely Street

In Eastern South Vale, head north of Neely Street and enter the Groovy Music Store on the left side. Once inside, break the glass pane between the main store and the lounge area, allowing entry into the latter.
