The Post-game Quests are the end-game repeatable story quests that unlock stronger purple-star monsters in Monster Hunter Now. Here's a guide about everything you need to know about the post-game quests, including how to unlock them, the rewards you get from them, and the quest list for all chapters.

Post-Game Quests Explanation

Same Quest Progression with Stronger Urgent Quest Monsters

The Post-Game Quests repeat the previous 13 Chapters and Quests. This time, however, the quests have higher numbers to achieve and only reward HR points. The Large Monsters for the Urgent Quests are also powered up to their purple-star difficulty variants.

These Quests are Repeatable

Similar to a New Game+ system from other games, these quests are repeatable each time you clear all the chapters, and will keep unlocking stronger versions of monsters up to the 10-star difficulty.

In the Version 66 Update, a feature has been added where the Story Quests UI will now show how many times you've completed this set of quests.

How to Unlock Post-Game Quests

Unlocked After Finishing Chapter 13

Besides unlocking 6-Star monsters, clearing the Story Quests up to Chapter 13 also unlocks the next set of quests - the Post-Game Quests. Each subsequent clear of the Post-Game Quests will unlock the next set of quests with more challenging Urgent Quest monsters.

Post-Game Quest Rewards

6 to 10 Star Monster Hunts

Purple-Star Monsters continue the golden star system that shows the monster's difficulty. Each purple star represents the monster's difficulty, from one purple star representing a 6-star monster to up to five purple stars representing a 10-star monster. These monsters can potentially drop more valuable materials.

Each playthrough of the Story Quests adds one more purple star to the monster in each urgent quest.

HR Points

The Post-Game Quests now only reward hunters with HR points instead of the varied rewards from the first Story Quests.
