Weapon & Armor Slots Drops depicts the amount of possible slots the enemy's equipment drops will have while the Ability Drops depicts the possible amount of abilities the dropped weapon may have.

Dark Shiva's moves consist of lethal single target moves and an Overdrive that can instantly kill all party members (unless Break HP Limit is equipped and HP is at 99,999). By having Auto-Phoenix, it is nearly impossible to lose the battle. You will only need to watch out for Dark Shiva's Overdrive, Diamond Dust.
When Shiva is about to use Diamond Dust, have Rikku use Hyper Mighty G or have Yuna summon an Aeon to survive the attack. If Aeons are unavailable for whatever reason and Rikku's Overdrive gauge is not full, you can use Entrust to fill Rikku's overdrive gauge to save your party from a possible wipe out.
