Story Walkthrough: Bikanel Island (Chapter 9)

Chapter Objectives

Objective
1	Head forward. Lulu and Auron will rejoin you in the fight.
2	After the battle, head forward towards the tent to get Wakka.
3	Leave the area by heading to the path on the left. You will find Kimahri on the right side of the area.
4	After getting Kimahri, follow the path to the left. After reaching the tent, you will find RIkku.
5	Head upwards until you reach Home Create a different save file as there are missable items here.
6	After heading through the door, there will be some enemies. Defeat them then head through the door to the upper right.
7	Now head back then proceed to the left path then go through the door.
8	After the fight, head downwards and enter the room for a cutscene.
9	Leave the room and follow the path leading to the huge machine.

Chapter 9 Obtainable Key Items

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XIV

If Al Bhed Primer was missed from Rin's Shop in the Thunder Plains, it will be found in Sanubia Desert - East.

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XVII

Al Bhed Primer XVII is found in the western side of Sanubia Desert - Central.

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XVIII

Al Bhed Primer XVIII is found in the northern most part of Sanubia Desert - Central near the exit leading to Sanubia Desert - West.

Mercury Crest

The Mercury Crest is found in Sanuba Desert - West. There is a small extended area in western side of the area. The treasure chest inside the pit contains the Key Item.

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XIX

Al Bhed Primer XIX is found in the entrance of Home.

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XX

Al Bhed Primer XX is found in the room at the main corridor inside Home.

Al Bhed Primer Vol. XXI

Al Bhed Primer XXI is found in the right path after encountering 3 split paths inside Home.

Found in the treasure chest near the second tent you will encounter.
Located at the open area near the exit from Sanuba Desert- East leading to Sanubia Desert - Central.

Lv.2 Key Sphere and 10000 Gil

Lv. 2 Key Sphere

10000 Gil

10000 Gil and a Lv. 2 Key Sphere can be obtained inside the broken buildings in the western side of Sanubia Desert - Central.

Elixir

Found in the south eastern most side of Sanubia Desert - Central

Mega-Potion

Mega Potion is found in the south eastern side of Sanubia Desert- Central. Follow the fence until you reach the item.

X-Potion x2

Found near the rock in the middle of Sanubia Desert - Central.

X-Potion x4

Hidden in the small debris in the middle of Sanubia Desert - Central.

X-Potion x2

Found in the small area to the left side before reaching Home.

Mega-Potion x3

Found in the small area to the left side before reaching Home.

Hi-Potion x8

8 Hi-Potions can be obtained inside the treasure chest near the location of the Mercury Crest.

Teleport Sphere x2

2 Teleport Spheres can be obtained from the treasure chest in the upper right Sandragora pit before reaching Home.

Megalixir x3

3 Megalixirs can be obtained from the treasure chest inside the lower left Sandragora pit near the entrance to Home.

Al Bhed Potion x4

Obtained in the corridor of Home,

Al Bhed Chest Puzzles

Located in the room on the main corridor. The upper right chest gives you an item epending on the choice you made when the chest presents its puzzle.
The lower right puzzle gives a series of question. Answer the questions correctly to obtain a Friend Sphere.

Al Bhed Chest Puzzles 2

The room is located in the right path after encountering 3 split paths inside Home. The treasure chest presents some questions. Answer them right to obtain a Skill Sphere and a Special Sphere.

Al Bhed Potion x6

6 Al Bhed Potions can be obtained in the middle path on the 3 split paths inside Home.

Lv. 2 Key Sphere

Found in a treasure chest in the upper right corner of the room before reaching the Summoner's Sanctum.

Lv. 4 Key Sphere

A Lv. 4 Key Sphere can be found near the summoner's sanctum in Home.

10000 Gil

Obtained inside the Summoner's Sanctum.
