Tanket Boss Battle Guide

Preparation

FFX Tanket

Overdrives Frag Grenade (Rikku) or Banishing Blade (Auron)
Armor Auto-Haste and Auto-Phoenix
Weapons Celestial Weapons

Moveset

Rush Attack Attacks repeatedly until the target dies
Only uses this when only one character is alive.

Strategy

Do not summon any Aeons as this will make Tanket use Rush Attack. A hidden mechanic of Rush attack is it increases Tanket's agility which will make it stronger after killing it's target. Start the fight with an Armor Breaking Overdrive then focus on attacking Tanket until it dies. The Auto-Phoenix will keep your party alive so healing becomes unnecessary.
