Toluca Lake Postcard Appearance
The Toluca Postcard is in a safe located in the Manager's Office in Lakeview Hotel Otherworld. You would need the Key of Sorrow to unlock this safe, which only appears in New Game Plus. After unlocking the safe, the code for it is 314.
