Look for Kass
Find Kass on the West Hyrule Plains near Jeddo Bridge. He will sing you a song about an ancient shrine, and that is the start of the quest.

Search for the Two Rings

Searh for the Two Rings
Look for the two rings in the westernmost part of the area. Prepare to fight, as enemies like Yiga Blademaster might appear nearby.

Shoot an arrow

Shoot an arrow
Shoot an arrow through the rings to complete the quest. Note that the arrow must pass through both of the rings and not hit any of them!

The Two Rings Quest Rewards

Shrine Quest Reward (BotW) - The Two Rings Shrine Quest
Completing the quest unlocks Sheem Dagoze Shrine.
