Look for Kass
Look for Kass on the southeast of Lanayru Tower and southwest of Divine Beast Vah Ruta. Talk to him and let him tell you the riddle, which will trigger the shrine quest.

Find a Mountain Buck
Find a Mountain Buck in the grassy field around the area. Sneak up on it from behind and mount it.
Stealth Set (BotW) - The Crowned Beast
Optional: Wear Stealth Armor
Wear the Stealth Armor set to boost your stealth and to avoid startling the Mountain Buck. You can also intake food or elixirs with a stealth boost to increase your stealth.

Get to the pedestal near Kass while riding the Mountain Buck. A Shrine will appear after getting the Mountain Buck into the pedestal, which will clear the quest.

This is a song that Kass sang. Solve the song's riddle to find the shrine.
Quest Clear "A beast that wears a crown of bone,

Mount the beast upon its throne,
For only then the shrine is seen."
The beast wearing a crown of bone was a mountain buck.
As the song instructed, being atop a mountain buck while it stood on the pedestal caused the shrine to appear.
