Risky Photography: Sad Sack is located on the same unlock location of the entire series nearby the Dream Warehouse area. You can use the Dream Warehouse Warp Spire, then jump down to reach Syfdent's location, or you can tread along the path that leads all the way up to the Warehouse.

You should pass by various important NPCs such as Eremita from Purify! Scent in the Cavern World Quest, as well as Rosy from Kindled Inspiration: Camouflage.
