Stay, My Meteor Shower is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Head to the Stylist's Guild, and just in front of it, you'll see Manna along with two croakers. Speak to her to start the quest.

Stay, My Meteor Shower requires you to complete the Go to the Dream Warehouse! main quest.
As part of the Wishful Wonders: Adventure Under The Stars event, Stay, My Meteor Shower is time-limited. Be sure to complete it before the event ends on January 23, 2025.
Go to the Dream Warehouse! Quest Guide
To start, wait for nighttime or change the time to between 22:00-00:00 by playing the Run, Pear Pal minigame. This will trigger the meteor shower, giving you a chance to see and capture a shooting star.
Position your camera toward Manna and wait for a shooting star to pass by. Once you see a purple streak in the sky, snap a picture and show it to Manna afterward.
