Risky Photography: Jellyfish Bafflebag is located at Breezy Meadow, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. These ruins are at the edge of Breezy Meadow.

Head to the Meadow Activity Support Center Warp Spire and head south to the edge of the map to get to these ruins.

After spotting Syfdent, talk to him once. He'll ask you for a photo of three Jelly Pouches together.

Take a Photo of Three Jelly Pouches Together

Head towards the ruins nearby to look for the Jelly Pouches. Position yourself to their side, outside of the ruin to grab a photo of all three of them in one frame to complete the quest.

Even worse, I accidentally killed them all. But I found a solution. You just need to find new group of Jelly Pouch or a place that you can capture all three of them in one frame. Mine, I captured it at Queen's Palace Ruins, bottom right of the map.
