Go to Relic Hill
Risky Photography: Bouldy is located at Bouldy's cavern right beside the Relic Hill Warp Spire, in Breezy Meadow. It's the same cavern Nikki visited during the Secret Ledger main quest!

Talk To Syfdent
After spotting Syfdent, talk to him once. He'll ask you for a close-up photo of Bouldy.
Take a Close-Up Photo of Bouldy
To take a close-up photo of Bouldy, we recommend not rushing in as soon as he spots you. This is because Bouldy has a growl that displaces you away from him, which makes you vulnerable to his next attack.
Instead, wait for his growl to end, then expect a ground-slam attack, followed by a ranged attack. Immediately get close to Bouldy after throwing a boulder at you, and open your camera. Quickly snap a photo of him, and head out of the cavern!
