Photo Investigation: Family Search Quest Location
Go to the Tree Near the Old Florawish Lane
Photo Investigation: Family Search is located nearby the giant tree nearby the Old Florawish Lane, in Florawish. You can go to this location by teleporting on the Stylist Guide Warp Spire, then making a sharp turn to your right.
Continue walking forward, then make a turn to your left and keep heading onward until you see the bridge that connects to the tree. You'll pass by the Straw Hat man which gives you a Whimstar in exchange for a huge sum of Blings!

Talk to Ocheno
Once you've seen him, talk to Ocheno about his son whom he hasn't seen for years because of joining the Kingdom Guards. Because of his old age, Ocheno can only remember certain features of his son, such as being a bit on the heavy side, as well has as having red hair.
Spot the Heavy-Set Young Man with Red Hair
The heavy-set young man with red hair on the photo is the guard on the right-most side of the photo. Fortunately, he's the only Kingdom Guard in the photo that has reddish hair, so spotting should be a cakewalk!
