Leaf Litter Pickup is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. From the Mayor's Residence Warp Spire, head up the main road until you reach Monaco's street.

Talk to Monaco

Once you arrive, talk to Monaco.

Use Purification to Blow Leaves

Infinity Nikki - Leaf Purify.png

Monaco will ask you to blow away three leaf piles located in front of him, and behind him.

Use your Purification Outfit to blow away these leaves to clean up the street and complete the quest.
