Talk to Peysi

After spotting him, talk to Peysi and listen to him tell you about looking at the ballon on top of the rooftop whom he has named as Mr. Balloon.

Take a Photo of Mr. Balloon and Peysi

Afterwards, go on the rooftop of the Activity Area and take a picture of Mr. Balloon and Peysi, by standing behind the balloon. Make sure that the camera is looking straight at Peysi from Mr. Balloon's position, to guarantee that both of them get included in the shot!
