Photo Investigation: Wrong Bottle Quest Location
Go Upstream The Florawish River
Photo Investigation: Wrong Bottle is located in Florawish. To head to the quest location, simply follow the river upstream from Florawish's main bridge. Fronte will be along the left side of the river bank, on a small fishing spot.

You can start Photo Investigation: Wrong Bottle as soon as you have the Star-Kissed Wisshes event unlocked. To play the event quests, you must first complete the Chapter 2 main quest Go to The Dream Warehouse!

Photo Investigation: Wrong Bottle Walkthrough
Talk to Fronte
Track the quest and head to the location. Immediately talk to Fronte, who'll then mention that he somehow confused a regular drink bottle with a wish bottle. He'll then show you a photo and requests your help in identifying the wrong bottle, out of embarassment.
To complete the quest, you just have to find 1 bottle, which is different from all the other bottles in the photo. The Empty Bottle is located on the upper left branch of the Grand Wishing Tree, in the middle of 2 wish bottles.
