Go to Florawish

Bubbler is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Secret Base Warp Spire and walk south toward Nonoy's House. There, you will see two children by the benches talking about a Bubbler; Speak to them to initiate the quest.

Speak to the Children

Talk to the children by the bench in front of Nonoy's House. They will tell you about a device called the Bubbler and point to it on top of a table for Nikki to use. The quest concludes after the small conversation, and you are given your reward!

How to Use the Bubbler

Interact with the Bubbler on the table outside Nonoy's House to use it. Once used, Nikki will continue to blow bubbles until the blue bar is depleted, or until you choose to exit out of the action.

Take Photos or Walk Around With the Bubbler

The usage of this item does not go beyond aesthetics, though you can take photos or walk around while using it!
