In Love With Dolls Quest Location
Go to Florawish
In Love With Dolls is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Head to Florawish's toy store just across the Great Wishtree and you will see Romanda looking at the Faewish Sprite doll on display.

In Love With Dolls will require players to complete Chapter 8's last subquest, Wishful Aurosa before gaining access.
In Love With Dolls Walkthrough
Talk to Romanda
Talking to Romanda will not start the quest immediately but instead will prompt Momo to tell you to go to a high place to learn more about Romanda's date.
Head Up to Eavesdrop
Jump up the roof and up to the balcony directly under the shop to learn more about Romanda. He's currently on a ''date'' with the Faewish Sprite Doll on display. After a cutscene, he will go back to the Wishing Woods.
Find Romanda in the Wishing Woods
Head to the Garrison of the Paladins Warp Spire and follow Romanda, who's looking out by the edge. He will ask you to buy his Faewish Sprite doll lover from the shop and bring her back to him.
Romanda Location
From the Garrison of the Paladins Warp Spire, head north and jump down to the platform below. You will see Romanda seated by the edge of the ledge.
Buy the Doll From Delphsi
Head back to Florawish and talk to Delphsi to buy the doll. She will let you purchase the displayed doll for 500 Bling.
Give the Doll to Romanda
Once you purchased the doll, head back to Romanda and give him the doll to complete the quest.
