Complete the game once and start a New Game Plus. The Crimson Ceremony book can only be obtained in a New Game Plus, as it is an exclusive item.

Grab the Crimson Ceremony book on the northeast end of the South Vale Graveyard. This item is also very missable as it is located in one of the early areas of the game.

The South Vale Graveyard is where you see Angela for the first time after going down the forest trail from the start of the game.
