The Lost Memories book is one of the four items needed to obtain to unlock the Rebirth ending. Make sure to have it in your inventory before going inside Room 312 in Lakeview Hotel.

3. Grab the Lost Memories From the Shelf

Start A New Game Plus

Complete the game once and start a New Game Plus. The Lost Memories can only be found in a New Game Plus, as it is an exclusive item.

Break the Wall in the Cafe Toluca Room

Break the wall on the southwest side of the Cafe Toluca room in Lakeview Hotel. The Cafe Toluca room can be accessed from the Lobby on the first floor.
