How to Use Copper Ring

Used to Unlock Secret Door and Hidden Passage

Lady of the Door Opening

After obtaining the Copper Ring and the Lead Ring, head back towards the Lady of the Door statue and slide both rings into her pointer fingers. Doing so will trigger a cutscene, revealing a secret door and hidden passage where players will, once more, encounter Pyramid Head.

  1. Head Down to The Basement
  2. Go to The Pump Room and Get Copper Ring

Elevator to Basement

After opening the chained box and obtaining the -1 Elevator Button, head into the elevator and use the acquired button to go to the Hospital's basement. Note that while descending, a pre-recorded quiz show will play and the correct answers will serve as the code to unlock a Decorative Box found later on.

Copper Ring - Overworld Location

Upon arriving in the basement, proceed to the Pump Room where players will find the Copper Ring on top of a sheet-covered table.
