Open the Floor Latch and Access the Poolpump

The Maintenance Key is used to open the floor latch and access the poolpump in the Pool room located on the northeast side of Brookhaven Hospital.

The poolpump can drain the water in the pool, giving you thge chance to obtain the Bloodstained Bracelet.
