How to Use Lead Ring

Used to Unlock Secret Door and Hidden Passage

After obtaining the Lead Ring and the Copper Ring, head back towards the Lady of the Door statue and slide both rings into her pointer fingers. Doing so will trigger a cutscene, revealing a secret door and hidden passage where players will, once more, encounter Pyramid Head.

1. Head Down to The Basement
2. Go to The Doctor's Lounge and Get The Lead Ring

Head Down to The Basement

After opening the chained box and obtaining the -1 Elevator Button, head into the elevator and use the acquired button to go to the Hospital's basement. Note that while descending, a pre-recorded quiz show will play and the correct answers will serve as the code to unlock a Decorative Box found later on.

Go to The Doctor's Lounge and Get The Lead Ring

Upon arriving in the basement, head to the Doctors' Lounge by passing through the Pool Area and then the Shower Rooms. Here, players will find the Lead Ring inside a refrigerator in the middle of the room.
