There is no fast travel in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond since the game focuses on exploration with Samus and Vi-O-La. See how to fast travel, use Vi-O-La, and travel to the different biomes here!
List of Contents
You cannot fast travel in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. The game places a heavy emphasis on experiencing Viewros in all its glory, as Samus explores it for the first time.
Furthermore, a portion of the game requires you to collect green energy crystals that are primarily found in Sol Valley to unlock the ending.
Viewros (Sol Valley) Interactive Map

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond typically follows a linear story, with Samus exploring each biome to regain the powers she lost upon entering the planet. The game almost always tells you where to go next, and the teleporters available transport you to the next relevant biome in the story.
While there is some backtracking available due to previously inaccessible areas becoming available once Samus' weapons are retrieved, the game tends to direct players on what to do next, may it be from companions' hints or with the game design itself.
