Upon descending, proceed further into the shrine by unlocking the door ahead of you. You will then find a set of rings of stone in the ground in the center of the next room. Scan the rings to trigger the shrine's challenge.
Once the target appears, fire a Control Beam to slow down the rings' spinning, and guide it through the rings to hit the target. This will complete the challenge, causing the stone rings' platform to turn into an elevator.
Take it down into the lower floor, and head into the next room to claim your prize afterwards.
