When you arrive at the puzzle location, there will be a large device in the center of a balcony area, with two Morph Ball receptacles on either side of it. Start the puzzle by entering both receptacles, and using a Psychic Bomb twice.
Once you activate both receptacles, the device will move outwards into the open air, and a new path for the Morph Ball will open. Drop into the hole, and go all the way to the end of the track where the device is.
Roll around to the back of the device to find another receptacle for the Morph Ball. Slot into it, and drop a Psychic Bomb to activate the device.
Activating the device will cause it to absorb lightning, powering the Tower but also triggering electric shocks along the path back. You will need to hide in the side rooms of the path to avoid being shocked on your way back.
The second generator puzzle is similar to the first one, with the right node also being unlocked via Morph Ball and Psychic Bombs. Jump on the right platform, slot into the socket as a Morph Ball, and use a Psychic Bomb twice.
The left node will instead require you to float a Psychic Bomb and use it like a mote to unlock this side. This involves going into Morph Ball mode, and holding the A or ZL Button to float the Psychic Bomb.
Once again, the device will move out into the open air and reveal a path for the Morph Ball. Take it, and head all the way to the back of the device. Slot into the socket and use another Power Bomb to turn it on.
Similarly, electricity will intermittently flood the passage back. You will have to use the small room on the side to avoid being shocked and taking damage while returning to the tower.
