Viewros is the planet where Metroid Prime 4: Beyond takes place, and your main zone of exploration here is called Sol Valley, a huge and vast open-world desert that can be explored interspaced with 6 different biomes or areas to visit!

Energy Tank 1
Area: Ladder of Thought Shrine How to Get: Use Psychic to lift the platforms then jump on top, Use Fire Shot to burn the webs to the right, or the door to reveal a hole. Enter using Morph Ball, then jump and use a Morph Bomb midair. Jump again when the bomb explodes to gain a boost and enter the hole. Find the Energy tank at the end. |

Area: Source of Spring Shrine How to Get: Use Morph Ball to go through the hole and find it on a platform. |

How to Get: Find some debris with a Galactic Federation signal near Ice Belt. Use the Psychic Lasso to pull up a crate, then break it open. |

How to Get: While riding Vi-O-La, find a rock formation with a ramp. Use a boost as you board the ramp to go through the center of the rock formation and grab the upgrade. |

Area: Entrance to Ice Belt How to Get: Return to Ice Belt after obtaining Psychic Lasso. Go straight instead of taking the elevator, and Grapple across the room. Outside, activate the Psychic Rail Boost, and use Psychic Boost Ball to cross to the other side. |

How to Get: After completing Great Mines, grapple up on top of the bridge and use a Super Missile to destroy the door with the four red circles. Go through the Morph Ball tunnel to find the upgrade at the end. |

Area: Entrance to Flare Pool How to Get: At the Entrance to Flare Pool, find the "Small Sized Cargo Launcher". Enter the launcher with Morph Ball, and use Psychic Boosts to spin around the inside chamber until it launches you to the other side. |

How to Get: Cargo Launcher to the Temple of Memory. Then at the entrance of Fury Green, go past the cannon to find this area. Near the door to Fury Green, burn through the webs to find the upgrade at the end of the path. |

How to Get: Go under the bridge leading to Great Mines and use the Psychic Grapple to get across to a platform holding the upgrade. |

Fury Green is a lush, overgrown and biologically-themed biome that players will first encounter in the series. Being the first area the player will visit, they will introduce you to the basics of exploration while also giving new enemies to fight!

The Ice Belt is an isolated region of snow-covered facilities used for research by the former civilization that once lived in Viewros, this area is a mix of internal and outside environments paired with snowy aesthetics.

Volt Forge is a high-tech and alien-looking factory with an emphasis on internal environments, tight corridors and metallic structures.

The Flare Pool is another research facility made by the former people of Viewros, this time situated in the center of a volcano, with massive lava pits and surrounding the base.

Chrono Tower is a huge tower built in the center of Sol Valley. It stands as a symbol of psychic civilization; every element—doors, elevators, and more—is engineered to respond to psychic power, barring entry to those without psychic abilities unless guided by a Guardian.

The Great Mines is a site that goes deep underground equipped with a massive elevator at its center. With the discovery of the Buros Crystal, it became the catalyst for evolving the mechanical civilization into a psychic civilization.

Logbook entries are recorded data stored in your logbook whenever you encounter a scannable object, enemy, or interactable. These are categorized into 4 groups: Biology, Machines, Lamorn Legacy, and Technology.

Each expansion you acquire slightly increases your missile capacity by 5. These missiles can be refreshed whenever you access a save station, or when an enemy drops missile loot.
All Missile Expansion Locations

Each Energy Tank you acquire grants you an extra 100 Energy (Health) on top of your current energy. These are stored as the light blue box icons on top of your health.
All Energy Tank Locations

Each Shot Expansion you acquire slightly increases your maximum elemental Shot Ammo Capacity by 10. This will apply to your Ice Shot, Fire Shot, Electro Shots once you have the necessary upgrade attached by MacKenzie.
