List of Contents
Save Stations are dedicated spots in Viewros that you can go to for saving the game. This is the main way of healing in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, as they restore both Energy and Ammo when you interact with them.
Take note that this is applicable only to Casual and Normal difficulties and is not the same as auto-save.

Energy Tanks heal you when you pick them up, on top of giving an increase to Samus' Health by 100 points. Each tank is indicated by a blue icon on top of the Energy Bar.
| Orb Type | Energy Restored |
|---|---|
Purple Energy (Small) |
10 Points |
Red Energy (Medium) |
20 Points |
Blue Energy (Large) |
50 Points |
Yellow Energy (Huge) |
100 Points |
Orbs provide varying amounts of energy that you can collect to heal from damage. This is useful during combat, as you can get them from enemies and containers in the area.
| Enemy Drop | Container Drop |
|---|---|
Energy orbs are dropped by both enemies and containers randomly. Make sure to use them for short bursts of health, especially when in combat. If unreachable, try and hold the arm cannon to pull them to you.

Energy acts as Samus' HP in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, similar to other games in the franchise. This goes up to 99, with the game ending prematurely if it reaches zero. You can, however, upgrade it by collecting Energy Tanks since they increase the maximum Energy by 100.
