There is no New Game Plus (NG+) in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. See all the details regarding Metroid Prime 4's New Game system and if there's NG+ here!
List of Contents

There is no New Game Plus (NG+), as the game restarts with 0% progress when you play a save file with Mission Complete labeled on it.
Unlockables are based on how many objects you've scanned and collected in Viewros, with it being locked once you reach the point of no return.
All Missables and Points of No Return

Save Files are mainly single playthrough and are soft-locked once you say Yes to the Order the Troopers to Move Forward prompt near the endgame.
We recommend having a manual save file to return to the game state before this prompt as the game automatically saves after this, preventing you from backtracking in Viewros.
