| Found in the Ceremonial Chamber of Fury Green | |
The Ceremonial Chamber Door Puzzle is found in the area of the same name in Fury Green. Solving the puzzle will unlock the room where Carvex, a Fury Green boss encounter, resides.
To complete it, stand on the raised platform close to the pond, then use the Control Beam to destroy the 3 targets that stepping on the platform reveals.

There are 3 elemental puzzles from the Lamorn called H'yvnn located in Fury Green. These puzzles require the use of the elemental shots, namely the Fire Shot, Ice Shot, and Thunder Shot.

While it seems like a puzzle, the Sanctum of the Guardian room is actually tied to the five Bosses guarding Master Teleporter Keys. Defeating them will allow you to project their scans in this room.

There are two Generator puzzles, one in each tower of the Volt Forge area. Solving both puzzles will require the use of the Morph Ball and Psychic Bombs, and are necessary for progressing further into the Volt Forge.

The TK Code Puzzles are located in the Ice Belt area, and involve finding TK Code Fragments to unlock a Psychic Lock. These puzzles are necessary to head deeper into the Ice Belt.

The Generator Turbine puzzle is located in the Ice Belt area. It requires several abilities to solve, including the Psychic Lasso, Psychic Bomb, and Fire Shot, and is required to re-power the Ice Belt area.

The Garnbocask Site puzzle makes use of Samus' Control Beam to destroy hidden Garnbocask pulps, and removes the calyx blocking the way further into the map.
