Players who have preordered Metroid Prime 4: Beyond on the Nintendo eShop can now preload the game, allowing you to play the game immediately at 12 midnight on the day of its release!

Preorder on the Nintendo eShop

Go to the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch or the official website (Note, this store may differ based on your region).

Search for "Metroid Prime 4: Beyond" then click on "Proceed to Pre-order."
3 Click next to proceed and choose your payment method.

Confirm Preload
Confirm your pre-order at the bottom of the page.

Check your Settings and go to Data Management to check your memory storage first before, make sure you have at least 30GB of free storage on both the Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 for both systems. Archive some app data to free some space.

The game will preload once you have enough space, if it doesn't preload, press the game icon on the screen and have it manually downloaded.

You will need at least 26.4 GB on the Nintendo Switch 1 to get the game to start preloading on the Switch 1, and at least 29+ GB on the Switch 2. The game is relatively large for the Switch system and may cause require you to Archive some games in the process.

If your Switch does not have free space download the digital version of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, consider purchasing a MicroSD card to increase its capacity.

it does not preload. i have bought the game and it just sit there and if i click it send me to the store thats all.
