There are 3 of H'vynn's puzzles in the Fury Green area. To solve all three, you will need to have the Fire Shot, Ice Shot, and Thunder Shot upgrades unlocked.
To start the Sacred Flame Ceremony puzzle, stand on the pressure plate in the middle of the circular mechanism. Then, use Samus' psychokinesis to move the lens to the right until it aligns with and reveals the first wick.
Once the wick is exposed, hit it with a Fire Shot, making sure that the projectile passes through the lens. This will set the wick alight.

Once this wick is lit, continue to move the lens to the right until you get to a line in the floor that lets you move the lens into the inner ring. Move it inwards, then continue moving right to align with the second wick. Shoot another Fire Shot at this wick as well.
For the last wick, move right until you can enter the innermost ring. Pull the lens inwards again, then move it to the left until you reach the last wick. Light this wick the same way you did with the other two.
Once you do, a brief cutscene will play wherein the statue of H'vynn gains a red orb, and a Shot Expansion will appear in front of it.
When you enter the Fountain of Tranquility room, there will be a water fountain with a Psychic Mote in its base. Use the Ice Shot to hold the platform above the fountain in place.
Ice Shot Effects: Where to Use Ice Chip
Once the left fountain is frozen, retrieve the Psychic Mote from its base, and use it to activate the right fountain. Freeze this as well to create a second ice platform.
With both fountains frozen, use Space Jumps to reach the top platform at the center of the chamber. There is a Shot Expansion here; claim it to officially complete this puzzle.
Upon entering the Rods of Transference chamber, there will be a large structure in the middle of the room, with 3 Conductors hanging from the ceiling.
You will need to pull them down to be at the same level as the top of the structure in the middle. Then, make sure that all of the Conductors are pointing at the top of the structure.
Once all 3 Conductors are in place, hit all 3 with a Thunder Shot to open the structure and complete the puzzle.

All three elemental puzzles are located in Fury Green. At the end of the Cleared Path, there is a door with a red lock that can only be opened using the Fire Shot. Behind this door are the three connected chambers for each puzzle.
The doors for the Fountain of Tranquility and Rods of Transference puzzles require the Ice Shot and Thunder Shot to unlock their respective chamber doors.
Fury Green 100% Exploration Guide

Each of the 3 elemental puzzles will provide one Shot Expansion as a reward, meaning that you can acquire a total of 3 Shot Expansions for completing all of H'yvnn's puzzles.

Additionally, an Energy Tank will be rewarded to Samus once all three puzzles are completed. It will be at the foot of H'yvnn's statue in the Sacred Flame Ceremony room after all 3 puzzles are done.
