This shrine can be found at Floret Sandbar - a tiny island northwest of Dueling Peaks Tower. Although optional, the shrine quest Watch Out for the Flowers will lead you to this shrine's whereabouts.

To reach the shrine, navigate the floral maze and make sure you don't step on any of the flowers on the ground.

Alternatively, you can create an updraft using Revali's Gale, so you can safely paraglide to the shrine.

	Shrine Solution
1	Wait for a platform that you can use to cross the river and reach the next area.
2	Do the same when you reach the next area to get the other side.
3	In the next room, create an ice pillar and climb it. From there, destroy the breakable wall ahead using a bomb.
4	Proceed to the altar and examine it to receive a Spirit Orb.
