You can find the shrine west of Upland Lindor. It's located on a small, grassy cliffside overlooking Tanagar Canyon. To activate this shrine, you need to clear all four Divine Beasts and finish the flaming dragon trial for the EX Champion Revali's Song quest.

Shira Gomar Shrine Walkthrough

	Shrine Solution
1	Enlarge Use the first three fans to paraglide to the next platform.
2	Enlarge Stand on the middle of the fan and use the Remote Bomb. Drop the bomb so that it floats upwards. Detonate the bomb as soon as it reaches the part of the wall with the breakable rocks.
3	Enlarge Glide up to the newly opened area with a funnel at the end of the path. Drop a Round Remote Bomb into the funnel. Detonate the bomb as soon as it reaches the breakable wall on the other side.
4	Enlarge Ride the air vents until you reach a platform with a spinning gear in front of it. Glide down the spinning gear.
5	Enlarge Wait for one of the air vents to point at the propeller. Use Stasis on the gear to keep it steady.
6	Enlarge Quickly drop a Round Remote Bomb into the funnel when the gate opens and detonate it once it reaches the breakable wall.
7	Enlarge Use the succeeding air vents to glide towards the altar area.
8	Inspect the shrine to receive Medoh's Emblem.

1	Enlarge Wait until the spinning gear points one of its air vents to the left platform. Use Stasis to lock the gear in place.
2	Enlarge Use the air vent to glide to the platform.
3	Enlarge Open the chest to receive ten Bomb Arrows.
