Shada Naw Shrine Walkthrough: Location and Puzzle Solution

This is a walkthrough for Shada Naw Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (BotW). This shrine's location and puzzle solution, as well as how to get the hidden treasure chest can all be found here.

You can find this shrine on the north part of Selmie's Spot, in the Hebra Mountains.

Shada Naw Shrine Walkthrough

	Shrine Solution
1	Enlarge Move the steel box that's blocking the air current using Magnesis. Place it down somewhere near the socket or the ball.
2	Enlarge Use Magnesis again and look for a metallic wall. Expand the wall and place the steel box on top of it to prevent the ball from going off course.
3	Enlarge Throw or place the ball to the air current after setting up the steel box. There is a gap in the middle of the ball's path. You can use Statis to freeze the platform to fill in the gap.
3	Enlarge Once the ball goes into the socket, you'll notice that a platform will rise from the ground. Grab the ball and place it near the socket. Leave a Remote Bomb (Cube) on the opposite side of the ball, facing the direction of the socket. Get on top of the platform that'll rise. Once you get on top of it, activate the Remote Bomb, and wait for the ball to go into the socket. The platform will lead you to the shrine.
4	Enlarge Head to the shrine, examine it, and receive a Spirit Orb.

Fastest way to the Shrine

Follow the first step in the shrine walkthrough part of this guide. Next, carry the ball (instead of letting it ride the air current) and place it near the socket. Be sure to leave a Remote Bomb to get the ball into the socket.

Detonate Bomb While on the Platform

Climb up to the steel box and glide towards the entrance, which is close to the platform that will rise. Get on top of that platform and activate the remote bomb to get the ball into the socket. After that, follow the fourth step to get your reward.

Stepping Stone

If you fall off on the way to the socket, you can use the chest as a stepping stone to get to it. Use Magnesis and move the chest near the gap, right next to the socket to create a shortcut.

1	Enlarge On the third air current, look up then left to see a chest. Use Magnesis to pull it towards you and receive a Great Frostblade by opening it.
