How to Use the MAV

MAV is an all-around vehicle that can take on most threats on the field. You can use the MAV as the vanguard for your team's attack while assisting them by covering fire from all directions. Even if it doesn't have that much mobility, its defenses and firepower are quite high.

Tips on Using MAV

Use Rockets to Armored Vehicles

MAV has a weapon station that can fire off rockets to enemies. If you are on that seat, use the weapon against armored vehicles to take them out, rather than targeting the soldiers on foot.

Bump into Light Vehicles

It will be easy for the MAV to crush and destroy light vehicles on the map because of its body frame. Any light vehicle that gets under it will instantly explode, killing all its passengers.

How to Unlock MAV Equipment

Equipment How to Unlock Description
Smoke Discharger Unlocked by default. Disperses concealing cloud of smoke around vehicle, allowing vehicle to break contact with enemy force. Be aware of your surrounds before discharging.
30mm Cannon (Land Vehicle) Unlocked by default. This “doorknocker” cannon allows for flexible crowd control. Powerful against infantry and soft hulled vehicles. Limited capacity against armored MBTs.
Heavy Machine Gun Unlocked by default. .50cal coaxial. Heavy machine gun for anti-personnel and soft vehicle targets.
Barrage Missile Unlocked by default. Anti-Aircraft missile array. Unique Multiple Missle Launcher aarrangement allows the launcher to fire multiple projectiles in a rapid succession.
Kinetic Grenade Pod Unlocked by default. Launches kinetic preservation grenade. Allows indirect trajectory hits to remove embedded targets. Accessed from a support seat.
Sensor Array Unlocked by default. Capable of spotting all enemies within your viewport.
Detection Pulse Unlocked by default. Active sensor pulse that detects enemy presence near the vehicle. Shares that information with all vehicle occupants.
Canister Weapon Pod 40 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Danger close anti-personnel fire, uses canister munition. Accessed from a support seat.
Repair System 80 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Repairs onboard systems when damaged.
Thermal Smoke Package 120 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Disperses concealing cloud of chemical smoke around the vehicle that will defeat some sensor specturms.
Rocket Pod 150 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Used primarily for anti-vehicle barrages. Acessed from a support seat.
TOW Missile 300 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Wire-guided missile that allows operator to anticipate and track fast-moving enemies. Due to crew control, this missile is not susceptible to countermeasures.
Smoke Launcher 450 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Launches a cluster of smoke grenades, creating a cloud of smoke at a remote target. Block enemy vision, or create a feints.
40mm Volley Pod 600 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Fire a volley of 40mm frag grenades. Accessed from a support seat.
50mm Cannon (Land Vehicle) 750 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Heavy cannon gives decent armor penetration and the capacity to engage extended range.Medium rate of fire.
60mm Mortar Weapon Pod 900 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Arcing shot for indirect fire. Multiple applications. Accessed from a support seat.
60mm Flak Pod 1050 Kills, Assists, and teammates Spawned with the MAV. Launches 60mm pressure-sensing explosive projectile, designed for Anti-Aircraft usage. Accessed from a support seat.
