Has anyone here ever wondered why the zombie genre is so appealing? If you care, read the "Failure to Adapt" section of this article: https://www.meredith.edu/news/the-enduring-appeal-of-zombies. It's relevant to the pandemic we're currently experiencing.
The Dodge Mechanic is implemented on this game. What do you all think of this?
a better challenge in the game would be to finish it never using the knife, or using it minimally
i do not know how you fell in love with a character model that is even barely distinguishable at the time.
The best of all RE games for me. Nemesis is my nightmare after 20 years and oh Jill.. my first love when I was a kid! Must go for all horror fans out there.
I like your semi-non-sequitur there. Don't you think you'll get tired of the same fear after a while? Resident Evil is good for a while, then I get desensitized to it. Happens to me with anything scary.
Wait. Did you just say it scares you? Wait. This is a HORROR game, right? You haven't even played the game and the it has already scared you. Capcom: Mission Accomplished. PS: If you don't like being scared and you scare easily, don't play horror games.

I commented about this earlier. Is there proof that you'll be paying more BECAUSE of Resistance Mode? Or is that just your suspicion?
I do hope they do. Mercenary mode's gonna offer a different kind of fun, hoping that they do something that'll be a game changer again.
Nemesis can even pop up in the safe room, is what I'm told. It isn't just enough that he can follow you around the map anymore, isn't it?

Before this topic gets blown out of proportion even more, is there official proof that the price increase was due to the addition of Multiplayer? You all might be fighting about fake news. Fact-check yourselves, before you break yourselves. If you turn out to be right, then fight on.
I remember this used to be on past Resident Evil games. Great that they added two more players, but isn't this beginning to look like another familiar zombie game...?

You might meet that "cooperative and reliable friend" when playing with random ppl tbh. You just need to be friendly also and cooperative to them. Be considerate also if there are new players.
I hope they bring back the Live Selection. I'd love me a good regrouping session, especially when the hounds of doom are on my heels
If this game ends friendships, I think that's an issue with the player, and not the game. Are people really that shallow to let a game dictate their personal relationships? Geez.

Yeah, the jumpscares are so good that the coffee in me seeps out. Peering into dark, unknown rooms full of unseen horrors never gets old though.
Different strokes, for different folks. Some brains are just better equipped to handle multitasking than others. Some brains even function BETTER when multitasking, than when they're not multitasking.
Cooperative and reliable friends. How about that? Unless, of course, you don't have them, in which case you should take a look at your personality
I'm thankful that the Live Selection's still on. I can now pause the game during the fight with Nemesis to check my pulse and see if I'm still alive IRL

Just because something is popular, it doesn't mean it's the best. It doesn't mean that other people who don't care for it are stupid. There are many things in this world that are considered popular, by the masses, but aren't necessarily good. Just look at countries' governments. Just look at the top lists on Spotify and Twitter. It's pretty disgusting. We're not going to win arguments with facts about something's popularity. Forums like these are going to be full of opinions. Let them be.
If you are a troll in real life and you always piss someone off, it's better if you take on the role of the mastermind. It would fit you just right. haha
