How to Use RAI-DEN

Using RAI-DEN on Nemesis

First Form

The RAI-DEN can instantly disable Nemesis if it hits the weak spot on his chest. In the second fight, you will need to destroy the fuel tank on his back before you can use the RAI-DEN on his chest.

What he meant by double edged sword is for regular guns, if you miss weak spots, you still cause damage. But for Rai-den, if you miss weak spots, you cause no damage at all. Hence, double edged, high risk high reward.
