The Hunter Gamma is a human-amphibian hybrid which uses human DNA bonded to an amphibian egg infected with the t-Virus. The Hunter Gamma looks like a large frog with an enormous mouth.

How to Deal with Hunter Gammas

Tips when Dealing with Hunter Gammas

  • Attack its mouth whenever it is exposed.
    		•
  • It is recommended to use a Grenade Launcher against the Hunter γ.
    		•
  • Attack the Hunter Gamma while maintaining your distance.
    		•

    Attack when its Mouth is Open

    Whenever a Hunter Gamma tries to attack you, you should shoot its exposed mouth as this is the only time you will be able to. You can deal a significant amount of damage when shooting it in the mouth.

    Use a Grenade Launcher or Shotgun

    It is recommended to use a Grenade Launcher or a Shotgun to deal more damage while its mouth is exposed.

    Attack while Maintining Distance

    When fighting against the Hunter Gamma, you should always maintain your distance when its mouth is exposed. If you are too close, it will eat you, resulting in instant death.
