this kind of shit happens to me all the time whenever i play any kind of horror games.
Jill's facial features here looks more calmer, unlike on the old one, she looks like she's gonna shoot you without hesitating.

You cringe because you WANTED the movie to be like the video game. I didn't. I simply appreciated the new story for what it was. It was a new thing created by mostly new people. Kudos to them for creating something. I wasn't sad that it wasn't like the game. The game has its own universe. Nothing wrong with that.
Capcom please release a version for Switch please and you can take all my money!

Who here wants the dialogue option on the re3 original where you had to choose an option before making an action. Man i wish they did not remove that

There are many good movies out there, if you know where and how to look for them. Saying Hollywood doesn't have talent, because they make movies based on video games, is an oversimplification. There are many skilled, talented, and hard workers in Hollywood AND in the gaming industry. They make bad things and good things. Saying one is all bad or one is all good is pretty naive.

barry can only be seen in the alternate ending from the original game. but i think the remake only has 1 ending.

Resident Evil happens to be one of my favorite games. Horror is my favorite genre, and RE2 was the first horror game I played on the original Playstation. When the movie came out several years later, I enjoyed it, along with other friends who were fans of the game. People have different tastes and we should respect them instead of putting them down.
It just shows that the hollywood does not have any talent on creating movies anymore and they had to rely on video games to create movies and it is really weird.
What is up with people being so judgmental? You cannot tell me what I am and what I'm not. A person can be a fan AND like the movies. They're two separate things to me. The games don't affect the movies and the movies don't affect the games. I enjoy both separately.

I'm an RE fan, but the movies don't make me feel weird. I think other creators have the right to interpret existing properties the way they want to. Too bad you think the movies were bad. I enjoyed the early ones, but I think it started to go bad after the 3rd one. It's all about your expectations. I didn't expect or even hope for the movies to be similar to the game. Hollywood is not the gaming industry. They're not obligated to spew out the same story.
Yeah but everyone can do the dodge mechanic making the game a lot easier. The re3 original is already easy without the dodge mechanic if you ever played the original re3
i also agree that i do not like the movie. the story in the movie was kind of "meh" to me.
