Background
Lickers are mutated humans that underwent a forced second mutation from the t-Virus instead of becoming normal zombies. Their notable features are mainly that they are skinless, have an exposed brain, and very long tongues.

How to Deal with Lickers

Tips when Dealing with Lickers

  • Avoid direct contact with them.
    		•
  • Stop their movement by throwing a flash grenade.
    		•
  • Aim for their exposed brains.
    		•

    Attack the Exposed Brain

    Licker Target
    The Licker's primary weakness is its exposed brain. You can quickly dispatch a Licker with a few good shots to the head with an Assault Rifle.

    Use Flashbangs to Stop Their Movement

    Lickers are blind but extremely sensitive to sound. Knowing this, you can stun them if you throw a Flash Grenade at them to stop their movement.

    Carlos' Tackle

    When using Carlos, you can also use his R1 to punch the Licker and leave it stunned for a short duration.

    It Has the Same Timing As a Perfect Dodge

    When using Carlos' R1, the timing is the same as a Perfect Dodge. Dealing with Lickers is easier when using Carlos because of this ability.
