Flash Grenades can stun and blind any enemy in its proximity upon detonation. It is useful for blinding a group of zombies to pass by them, or to stun and blind bigger enemies to deal damage more easily.

I think it would be effective. he might be a special monster but a point-blank flash grenade can stop for awhile.
