| Clear Time: 20 minutes | |

| 1 | Meet up with Carlos and head to the subway. A cutscene will trigger. |
| 2 | Take the back stairs and go up to the surface. |
| 3 | A cutscene will trigger when you surface. |
| 4 | Head toward the Substation to restore the power. |
| 5 | A cutscene will trigger on the road. |
| 6 | Go through the back path to the right side of the donut shop. |
| 7 | Go to the road and head right. Check the pharmacy wallpaper for the safe combination. |
| 8 | Go back up the stairs across from the pharmacy. |
| 9 | Get the Dot Sight from the warehouse by entering the combination from the poster. Combinations: Left to 9→Right to 1→Left to 8 Left to 9→Right to 3→Left to 7 Left to 9→Right to 6→Left to 4 |
| 10 | Leave though the first door you entered, then head through up the stairs and use the emergency ladder to go down. |
| 11 | Go through the yellow door on the opposite side, leading to the Railway Station |
| 12 | Go through the Railway station and get the Fire Hose from the corridor on the right. |
| 13 | In the back room, interact with the machine. |
| 14 | Use the Fire Hose on the Fire Hydrant in the Burning Alley. | 15 | Go to the Substation |
Things to Do in Downtown
Get the Dot Sight from the safe
Enter 9 Left, 1 Right, and 8 Right in the safe found in the warehouse to obtain the Dot Sight. The Dot Sight is a significant upgrade for your handgun, so be sure not to miss it.
Get the Fire Hose from the Subway Office Corridor
You can pick up the Fire Hose from the Subway Office Corridor. You will need this hose to put out the fire covering a section of downtown, so make absolute sure you get it here.

Anonymous over 5 yearsI have seen a fire hose in real life and hold it also. It's not shiny or anything. I don't know why it's shining in the game. They screwed up the texture for that.
