How to Open the Safes
Downtown Safe

Where to Find the Safe Combination
You can find the safe's combination inside the Pharmacy, where you can find a large poster at the back with circled numbers at the bottom.
Rewards
Inside the safe you will find the Dot Sight, which can be combined with your handgun for an upgrade. This will give you a small red dot at the center of your crosshair when aiming, providing you with more accuracy when shooting.

Where to Find the Safe Combination
You can find the safe combination written on a file found in the 1F Dark Room.
Rewards
Opening the safe will net you another Hip Pouch which increases your inventory slot by two cells.

Where to Find the Safe Combination
You can find the safe combination inside the Operating Room. You will need the Hospital ID Card to access this room.
Rewards
You will receive the Dual Magazine attachment for your Assault Rifle. This doubles the ammo capacity of your Assault Rifle.
