If you have already finished Story mode once, you can finish another playthrough in 4 hours or less. Now knowing the story and item positions, you can skip cutscenes and focus on playing through the game.
If you try to complete everything in the game getting 100%, it can take around 13 hours on average. Getting 100% would mean completing all the records and buying all the items in the shop.
This can take a while to complete. Check out our 100% guide to make this task quicker and easier.

Resident Evil/Biohazard series has always been about "rush" since the 1st that you could complete in like 2h or so and getting rewarded for it... You're blind if you never realized it. Also, you can't rush it if you don't enjoy it... I understand that you may not like to rush a game, but don't pretend that rusher/speedrunner don't enjoy a game by their way of playing it...
