Where to Get S.T.A.R.S. ID Card

After Killing Zombie Brad

You can get this after you kill Zombie Brad outside the R.P.D. building. You can get this item optionally, this does not affect the story if you do not get it.

How to Get

1	After reaching the R.P.D. Building head towards the entrance.
2	Kill Zombie Brad in front of the entrance.
3	Pick up the S.T.A.R.S. ID Card from Zombie Brad's corpse.

Where to Use S.T.A.R.S. ID Card

On Locked S.T.A.R.S. Chests around R.P.D.

You can use this to open locked S.T.A.R.S. chests around the R.P.D. Building as Carlos.
