You use the The Lightest Weight, along with The Heaviest Weight, Heavy Weight, Medium Weight, and Light Weight to balance The Scale and unlock the next major segment of the game.

How to Get Light Weight

1. Unlock The Wingless Dove Door
2. Unlock Cell F6 Through The Control Panel

Unlock The Wingless Dove Door

By now you should have The Heaviest Weight, Medium Weight, Heavy Weight, and Light Weight. Return to The Scale and balance all of the weights until it points to the Dove Icon.

Go back to the main section of Toluca Prison and locate the appropriate door.

Unlock Cell F6 Through The Control Panel

The first time you enter the halls of the Dove Section, you can actually view The Lightest Weight through a small window on the door of cell F6.

Head to Cell F15

To unlock the room holding the weight, make your way to Cell F15 and go through the crawlspace to enter an unmarked backroom. Fine the control panel and light up rooms F5 and F6.

Return to Cell F6, grab the weight, then return to The Yard of Toluca Prison to complete The Scale.
